- Erfarenhet av planering och genomförande av mer än 1100 uppdrag som projektledare eller team leader i över 500 olika organisationer under 29 år som konsult.
- Har haft uppdrag i Regeringskansliet, 51 andra svenska myndigheter, FN, EU, andra länders regeringar, 153 svenska kommuner, samtliga svenska landsting/regioner, drygt 60 företag, ett tiotal fackliga organisationer inom LO, TCO och SACO/SR, arbetsgivarorganisationer för stat, kommuner, landsting och företag samt ett tiotal internationella organ).
- Har genomfört över 300 uppdrag som avser strategisk utveckling.

Internationella erfarenheter:
- Uppdrag för FN: Ordförande för 5 världskonferenser (Global Forum) om utvecklingen av offentlig sektor (totalansvar inkl bl a inventering av best practice och good practice, utformning av program för och genomförande av veckolånga workshops för 300-400 deltagare vid varje tillfälle, analys av resultat, utarbetande av slutrapport mm). Stöd till befrielserörelsen SPLM och den nya regeringen i Södra Sudan. Dessutom uppdrag avseende bl a decentralisering och organisationsutveckling.
- EU-uppdrag: Peer Review- program (ett tvåårigt program är avslutat och ramavtal för två olika program nästa tvåårsperiod). Dessutom uppdrag avseende strategisk utveckling, Performance Management, utvärderingar i medlems- och kandidatländer mm.
- ILO-uppdrag: Strategi för utveckling av en modern äldreomsorg i Kina mm.
- Sida-uppdrag: Ett femtiotal uppdrag, vilka inkluderat fältstudier i ett tjugotal länder.
